Lehi is a dessert chef!

A couple of weekends ago, Lehi and I went to a party where each couple took a dessert and there was a 'competition' for the best. Lehi, being the fantastic chef he is, assembled a tiramisu inspired dessert for the big event!

He didn't win but I think his tiramisu was head and shoulders above the other one, and I was definitely well impressed with his efforts!

I wish I had a photo of the winning dessert... someone had made 'dessert sushi' using chocolate cake pieces as the rice base, sweet / sour straps as seaweed and a variety of toppings... I particularly like the coconut topped one with m&ms, and the one topped with orange candy 'caviar'...

YUM! It was a great night and I totally over-indulged my sweet-tooth!
