Tom's palate

One of the best and probably the most innovative ice-cream place we've ever come across is called Tom's Palate.

There are lots of places where you can get chocolate, rum n raisin and strawberry ice-cream, but where else can you get mungbean, pumpkin, luo han guo (chinese herbs), lavender or other exotic combinations.

Tom and his family make all the ice-creams and dreams up a new flavour each month... this month it was Pear with Brandied Dates. Tom is super generous too - letting you taste every single flavour before deciding on which ones to buy...
