Hit 'em for 6!

Today we went to visit some Aussie friends for afternoon tea and a bit of backyard cricket! The kids joined in for a while - Riley showed a lot of promise for a Yank and Michael showed he was an Aussie at heart smashing a few for 6!

Since the conditions were difficult... 34C, 95% humidity, 0% chance of rain.... it wasn't long before most decided it was all a bit too hot for sporting endeavours! Thankfully, we found a few onlookers who were only to happy to join in the game, field, bat and bowl and the game got a little more competitive and we had a few good overs with our new friends...
